After we sent the Relling back and received no replacement or refund, I contacted the consumer advice center. Even after 3-4 emails without an answer, Corlitto gave me no other choice, what a shame !!!! Complete wrong product delivered as what was ordered. The return slip, which was promised quickly, did not arrive even after 6 days. The company cannot be reached by phone either.
Perfect pump repair of our Bezzera Mitica with a good price-performance ratio. The communication was also good. Gladly again.
Too bad. I would have liked to have written a better review because communication with the owner has always been flawless. I have been waiting for the missing parts for over 3 months. The package has allegedly already been sent several times. Once it was the mail's fault, then the package was labeled incorrectly, and so on. Similar pattern to the other bad reviews. Conclusion: great communication - unfortunately not always completely honest. So be careful. See here also the other forums on the net.
Have taken a barista course and can only say positive things! Mr. Corlito was super personable and showed us everything in a great and understandable way! So we could take a lot with us! Thank you very much!!

Unfortunately there are no minus stars. I would award this here immediately. Apparently I'm not the only one who has had bad experiences with this merchant's delivery and payment behavior! After an undelivered order and my subsequent cancellation, I am still waiting for my money, several months have passed. Various unsuccessful phone calls (same pattern as in other reviews), reminders as well as dunning and enforcement notices are already out. Still no reaction. Next up is foreclosure. And at the same time, the shop is collecting donations for the continued existence of the company due to the corona crisis. Absolutely underground!
Thank you for the effort, even under the currently difficult delivery conditions, to dispel the morning tiredness with a great espresso machine. Thanks also for the service and help with recruiting. We have a lot of fun with this piece of jewelry.
Unfortunately, like many others, I was with the Corlito Caffe company. The offer for the machine and mill came very quickly. Every email was replied to immediately. The set was supposed to be immediately available. The invoice for the order came very quickly. But after I paid, it was just as quick to rest. I ordered on May 11th, 2020 and then heard a lot of excuses like "We are currently having problems with DHL"; "My shipper doesn't make it"; "I call my sender immediately"; "I'll be at my shipper on Saturday and take care of it"; etc. On June 19, 2020 I canceled the order. The cancellation confirmation came promptly, but it continued exactly as before. After I now threatened with a lawyer, the money was transferred back to me. Received money July 22nd, 2020. Unfortunately I never have to say again and everyone else should be careful. Although I like to support small companies, this is out of place here.
I only advise everyone not to do business with Corlito Caffé. Check the forums for experiences with orders (on prepayment). You will be held here without delivery or repayment. Absolutely dubious business model. Consumer advice centers continue to discourage private individuals from doing business with the "UG" type of company (see Imprint Corlito Caffé).
Very bad service and I've been waiting for the goods / refund for 3 months. Despite several emails and calls, unfortunately nothing happens. It just means the refund is coming tomorrow. I will no longer order anything here.

I can only say one thing - shopping is an experience here and will be remembered forever. Super competent advice, a man of heart who does everything for customer satisfaction. Unique in the region.

Super nice advice and especially for beginners nice packages (espresso machine, grinder, tamper, jug, etc.) at a fair price. I bought the SAB Pratika in connection with a Quamar mill (see picture). I can only recommend the combination of stainless steel with a matt black housing - it just looks stylish :-) And after briefly dealing with the machine, the first espresso got a lot better than with my old fully automatic machine (see picture). Now it's time to "fine tune" which I'm really looking forward to. It is of course important to use freshly roasted beans. Unfortunately, something went wrong with a delivery, but the problem was quickly taken care of. The best thing is to simply register by phone and Angelo will take care of it.
